Individual Therapy

Couples Therapy

Relationships take work, and seeking help is a sign of strength. Our couples therapy sessions help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict, and deepen emotional intimacy. Whether you're facing a specific crisis or simply want to strengthen your bond, our therapists provide a neutral, supportive space for both partners to feel heard and understood. We use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method as guiding frameworks.

Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety and depression are among the most common mental health challenges, yet they are highly treatable. Our therapists specialize in evidence-based interventions — including CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy — to help you understand the root causes of your distress, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and build practical coping skills for lasting relief.

Trauma-Informed Care

Trauma can leave lasting imprints on the mind and body. Our trauma-informed therapists create a safe, paced environment where healing can unfold at your own rhythm. Group Therapy

There is profound healing in shared experience. Our facilitated group therapy sessions bring together individuals facing similar challenges — whether anxiety, grief, life transitions, or relationship patterns — in a supportive, confidential group setting. Groups meet weekly and are limited to 8 participants to ensure every voice is heard. Group therapy is often offered alongside individual sessions for a comprehensive approach to healing.

Begin with a complimentary 15-minute phone call to discuss your needs and find the right therapist match.

Intake & Assessment

Your first session focuses on understanding your history, goals, and what you hope to achieve through therapy.

Ongoing Sessions

Regular 50-minute sessions, typically weekly or bi-weekly, with flexible scheduling including evening and weekend slots.

Insurance & Fees

We believe quality mental health care should be accessible.

Insurance Accepted

We are in-network with most major insurance providers including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Healthcare.

Private Pay

Individual sessions start at $150. Sliding scale fees are available for those experiencing financial hardship — please ask.

Telehealth Available

All services are available via secure video sessions for clients throughout Oregon, offering the same quality care from home.
